I have been offered a chance to bye one and have no experience with this make and model. What do you all think? Gun is about 90-95% shape. Any idea on a price? I'm thinking $350-$400 ? any help would be appreciated.

This is very similar to the 39-2 that I owned.
This is a top quality firearm,IMHO.
There are a couple of members here who have that model, and perhaps they will comment further. I would say that $3-400 would be a good price.
The debate between Socialism and Capitalism is only over because Capitalism was bound, gagged, and locked up in a deep, dark dungeon around about the time the Fed was established and income taxes started being levied. Capitalism didn’t lose. Capitalism was never even allowed to show up for the debate—because if it had been, it would have won hands down. The best way for the Socialists to assure victory has always been to cheat.

I don't have the TSW, but do have a 3913NL. It is a very easy gun to carry and conceal.

Fine design and rugged reliability. Accurate and it WILL go bang when you need it to. Many people have one for CCW because of its light weight. My wife carries her 3913LS daily.
Most S&W's will feed reliably with anything you can put in the mag. The external extractor is very well engineered and reliable. GREASE on the rails/slide and oil everywhere else. If you do that you'll get thousands of rounds out of it without any problems.
Only bad thing I've run across is the alloy frame doesn't like to be in contact with body salts and dried sweat for long periods. My 6906 (same weapon only double stack) has a couple of pitsin the frame under the grip from when I got lazy and didn't disassemble/wipe it down over the course of a couple of months of daily carry. I got religion and it gets wiped down more often than that now.
I have a 3913 that I carry every day. I have found it to be a very accurate shooter and it conceals well. I would recommend the 3913 to anyone that has the opportunity to buy one. You won't regret it.
I wish i never sold my 3913NL. Get it if you can.
The ones I've shot have been close to the most accurate Auto loader, I don't own one but It's on my short list ; )
