Truglo sites
My sites are not glowing like they use to. I have some choices:
1 - pay a gun smith to remove them (I'm not capable of doing it), send the sites to truglo, then pay a gun smith to put them back on.
2 - send truglo my slide
3 - buy new sites and pay a gun smith to install them
I'm looking for some opinions, as I'm leaning towards #3. I'm not sure I want to mail my slide somewhere and risk what could happen.

What kind of gun?
Do you know someone with a sight-pusher? It's not that hard to do. Otherwise, I'd opt for #3. What kind of Truglo sights?
Most (if not all) tritium sights are good for about 10 years...

It's a glock G-19, and I don't know anyone with sight pusher. This picture is not very clear. I opened the door to my safe just enough to get my iPhone in there for the picture. The glock is al the way to the left.
The sites are tritium / fiber TG131GT1

My guess is that it would be just as cost effective to just pick up new sights than try to have the ones you have repaired. I don't know how much a local smith charges to install sights but I ended up just purchasing a universal sight tool from Brownells a couple years ago to install new sights on my wife's (now mine... :)) Kahr. I think it ran me just about $120 or so but it has done sights on that Kahr I mentioned along with dialing in the sights on my XD and my bud's Sig.
Great little tool for relatively cheap money if you have a lot of pistols or have some bud's with pistols. Hell, you could probably charge your bud's a few bucks to change/dial in sights for them and make back some of your cost if you were interested. Either way, still a nice tool to have in the toolbox.
Here's the one I bought...

<----My LT was unhappy that I did not have my PASS-Tag at that fire. But I found the body so he said he would overlook it. :)
