    Will this conversion kit work on a RIA Compact Model

    I am seeking advice to see if the following conversion kit from Centerfire Systems will work on a Rock Island Compact (3 1/2 barrel) Model.

    1911 .22 Conversion Kit #1911-22CONV

    No it says it will fit a mil-spec model which is full size 5" barrel
