    How does a 65 year old defend himself from a 40 year old robber with a knife. Just like that ! Every law abiding citizen of the republic should be afforded the rights of the Second Amendment without any government intrusion.

    And as a result would still be on the street........

    This way, everyone is better off. Vic is fine, bg is off the street and the "easier victim" is fine.
