    Bore snake in revolver chambers?

Is a bore snake ok to use in the chambers of my S&W 442? I already use it in the barrel but I was unsure if it would damage the chambers at all. Thanks in advance.

It won't damage the chambers any more than it would the bore.

I like patches better than snakes but am probably being obsessive about keeping the innards squeaky clean.

Nope, Bore Snakes work great on cylinders. Just dont "floss" the cylinder or the barrel.
