I have the fnp 45 usg, and it's a terrific gun. 15+1 capacity, accurate, reliable, and built like a tank. The fully ambidextrous controls sold me since I shoot with both hands.

I like it so much, I plan on buying a fnx 40 as soon as they're available. Same form factor and controls, but slightly smaller and the ammo is cheaper.

The tactical would be harder to conceal of course, but it would be great fun at the range. I can hit a 6" target at 100 yes with the usg, I would think the tactical would even more accurate.

Sounds pretty neat. Always love to see a new .45 ACP hit the market.

Unfortunately, FN is a bit out of my price range at the current time. Looks pretty slick.

That hole in the hammer, is that where you tie a string to your loose tooth and then to the gun so you can "shoot it out"? Guess it beats a doorknob.
