I sure wish the Colt DA Revolvers (in general) fit my particular hand better because I love the overall exceptional quality of them.
They just don't shoot where I look for me.

I have a S&W 37 Air Weight with a bobbed hammer that I carry now for backup because it is light and I shoot it well. But I still feel it is a little thick in my shorts.I think I may keep it for my truck gun and carry the Kahr CW9 for my bug.My favorite revolver is my Colt SAA but I only carry that open in the woods and sutch.
Have Fun and Shoot Straight !!
The wheelie I carry is a 642 in .38sp +p. I decided upon it because it is light, accurate, and didn't break the bank to get it... Based on percieved threat level for a guy that works in an office 4 blocks from his house in a small midwestern town, I believe it fits the bill nicely.

I carry a S&W 642 when deep cover is my only option or I just want something in my pocket for convenience.
I sometimes carry a 3" model 13 RB just because I love that revolver. The balance is great and the trigger is wonderful.
I usually carry a Glock, but sometimes I carry a S&W 642. It's the only wheel gun I own.

i carry a 649 in a pocket holster as a bug, but sometimes as a primary when the dress code won't allow iwb.
i like it because it's reliable, and accurate. it has laser grips and an xs big dot on it, and i carry speer 135 gr. .38 +p's in it.
Taurus m617, 125gr Federal JHP
During the winter I'll carry a 40ve or SW99 .40
It comes a time in your life when you run across someone you should have never @#$$% with. Allow me to introduce myself!
I carry an older Smith chief's special, 1 and 7/8 inch barrel, walnut grips, beautiful blue, 38 special (winchester silver tips). I know the Chief's Special will come as a surprise to everyone.![]()

I carry a S&W 686 4" in the woods and for plinking at bird feeder bandits the choice becomes a K-22 Masterpiece.

I have 3 that I am real partial too. I switch back and forth between them depending on absolutely no logic whatsoever.

Model 442. This little gun always goes boom and fits in any pocket. I think the Centennial design is the best for concealed carry.
I agree with that choice.Originally Posted by frankmako

As to Chris' question, while it was limited to 5 rounds, it was light enough to wear everyplace (ankle), the stainless meant you didn't have to worry about corrosion from things like sweat on those hot summer days.
Another limitation was a small grip, I had added an adapter to mine to make it more comfortable to me.

It really depends on what I'm doing at the time. Most of the time recently I carry a Colt 1911 concealed. If I carry a wheelgun I carry either a 2 1/2 inch S&W 66 or a 3 inch S&W 65 (mostly the 65). If I'm out in the woods kicking around enjoying the outdoors I sometimes carry a 5 1/2 inch Ruger Vaquero in 44 Magnum (just for fun).
