Last week I purchased a Diamondback .380 from my local gunshop and have been very pleased with it's reliability and performance. I e-mailed the company about suggested ammo and they answered my inquiry within the day. Yesterday I called the company and spoke to Diane about purchasing a second magazine. As we were talking I mentioned that I would be using there product as a backup duty weapon. She asked if I was in law-enforcement and that if I was if I would send a copy of my department ID and a copy of my bill of sale they would send the mag at no charge. I faxed the two items to them yesterday morning and today I received the magazine by Priority Mail at no charge to me. I conside this as over and above for customer service from this company and their pistol has been top of the line.
