Paddle or Belt Clip Magazine Holsters

I am looking for something to easily wear while I am at the range to hold magazines. Mostly I am concerned about ease of putting it on and taking it off. I have a Glock 19, but it doesn't have to be for a Glock, etc.

Something like this is a little pricey. I would be happy with something like this but again - not belt loops.

Something in the $10-15 range would be perfect. eBay is ok too if the deal is good.

    Thanks for your help.

A little more than your looking for but Com-Tac clip on pouches are great. A cheaper double pouch I like is the G-Code paddle. http://www.gunnersalley.com/category...gazineholders/

I would go with something like this, cheap and easy. If you prefer open pouches, just fold back the flaps. I don't see a big deal putting it on or off.

I'm fond of paddle holsters for guns compared to the belt clip type, but for mag pouches I find the paddle type takes up too much body real estate. The belt clip type is appropriate relative to the size and weight of a magazine, and is generally more compact.

A little more than I was wanting to spend, but a nice option.

I like the cost and the flaps are fine - but it must go through the belt. Meaning I have to take my belt on/off.

Pricey? $27 :vs: $10 = $17 divided by the rest of your life?
I'd get the paddle...I have one and it's easy on/off...well worth the $$ spent over a long time-frame.OMO

It's not tacticool, but I got one similar to this at Lowes. Not sure if you could get one big enough for 2 mags though.

Pants on the ground, pants on the ground... lookin' like a fool with yo pants on the ground.

Haha... no no. I am just looking for easy on, easy off while I am at the range. There is no other purpose than at the range. No concealed carry, no need to have it on in the car driving to or from the range.

If price is that critical, how about going to the surplus stores and getting a pair of used cammo pants? Just use the pockets.

I got some online a few years ago for $5 each. Nice and soft and broken in. OK, they were really short ($5 closeout), but I use them for gardening and I cut one pair off for shorts. I'm sure that $15 would get you a fine pair in outdated desert cammo.

Or how about going to a gun show and sorting through the tubs of old gunleather. I bet you could find a good one if you put in some time.

There is a Gun Show coming near me in August. Good idea.

They've got a decent selection with a lot of options. Wait for a weekend and order online, and shipping is usually less (and sometimes you get a few freebies with it as well).

Last order I got a few of the RSR pouches, and they had thrown in a couple of the $3.99 'universal' pouches due to the deal they had going that weekend. Tough to beat the pricing, even with shipping, from them.
