    Finally Made A Decision

After much research and shopping, I have finally decided on a purchase decision. On Friday (had to order it), I will be the new owner of a SA XD40 Service. This gun felt great in my hand (I have small hands) and seemed like a good choice for me. I have a buddy that was pushing me towards the Glock 23, but the XD felt better. I'll be on the range come Saturday morning having fun with it.

The Springfield will serve you well. You have to find what fits your hand and feels good to you. You've made a great choice. I've got the XD40sc and I've been very pleased with it in all regards. Please give us a range report when you get a chance to put some lead down range. I think you'll be impressed with it.

I had a XD40 and it was a great gun. Very accurate, easy to shoot, and reliable as a rock. Good choice!

Proper fit is a good thing. If you didn't like the Glock, why buy it? Hope the XD works well for you.

XD's fit my hand much better than Glocks, as well. Never had a single hiccup from my XD45c.

I went to the GS originally to purchase a Glock 23, but when I got there and held it I went with the SA XD40 SC. Springfield Armory make good guns, and the customer service is top notch.

You won't regret it at all. Wise decision for numerous reasons.

Cancelled the order for the XD. A friend of mine called and had a brand new Glock 17 for sale. He purchased it for his wife, who refused to touch it. He owed me a little money anyway, so I ended up walking away with a brand new Glock (warranty card was still in the box) for $250. Couldn't pass it up.
