So, am I done buying guns forever?

    I am a happy owner of 4 great guns;

    Remington 870 Marine Magnum 12 g
    Glock 21 .45
    Glock 30 .45
    Ruger LCR .38spc

A horrible thought occured to me while I was out ammo shopping..... these guns are going to last forever, am I done shopping for guns forever?

Someone please tell me what I am missing and need to acquire over the upcoming decades..... please! And no, a laser gun in 2027 is not a valid suggestion.

    Get serious.

    You need a Sig and a Beretta, and a Kahr, and a H&K, and a CZ, and a Seecamp, and a AR-15.

Then you have a good start.

You're not even close to being max'ed out.

You still need a battle rifle. No Glock owner is complete without a G19. Of course, once you have a 9mm, you begin your search for the perfect single-stack 9mm . I don't see a .357 in your armory, nor a lever gun. No 1911 (sacrilege!), no single-action cowboy gun?

    Are you serious?

Trust me. You're never done buying guns.

You don't own a tack driving .22 Rim-Fire yet. That should be the next one to add to your list.

You could only be so lucky, wait until you start building wildcat chambered rifles. Did I need a 6.5x284 rifle? Like I needed a hole in my head but I just had to see what all the fuss was about. Wait until you join other members on this board keeping an inventory to keep them accounted for. You have your basic's covered now it's time to branch out my friend and find what you really enjoy shooting.

You need a magazine fed, semi auto rifle. AK or AR.

    But...before that...

You need to spend 2 times the value of your current firearms on training. If you aren't lethal with those guns, they are just toys.

A really good .22 rifle, .22 pistol, and a AR for starters.

Thanks guys...... The more suggestions the better. I have some friends convincing me I need an AR type weapon as well.

Anyone know anything about .45 carbines, either good or bad? The idea of having a long gun that shoots the caliber that I already have sounds tempting..... But I really don't know too much about them.

And yes, advanced weapons training class is on my list of things to do.

Every time I believe I'm through buying guns, the gun buying bug bites again,

The bug is very deceptive and will bite when you are at your most need need time to just handle that new gun at the store.

I was done years ago, but some how my safe keeps filling up with new guns.
