    EMA Pistol Carbine Conversion Kit

EMA Tactical's RONI is a kit that converts a pistol to a carbine in less than 6 seconds by unlocking two pins and inserting your handgun. Would you spend $300 for this?

The kit you're talking about is also going to be an NFA item (short barreled rifle) so add on to that the $200 fee and the paperwork, not really worth it for a PCC in my opinion.

I can see a lot of people being ATF Illiterate, converting their pistol with one of these kits without the SBR stamp and getting in trouble.

I initially thought that you can't buy the kit without the proper paperwork, but it seems that you can as long as check off the box that says "Yes I know it's an NFA item. Apparently they're willing to sell you the kit first as it's not a firearm but expect the buyer to follow the law afterward? Not a good thing if you ask me.
