Need advice updated
Well due to all the advice I got here http://www.defensivecarry.com/vbulle...72#post1776372 I shot the Markii yesterday. If you don't own 1 you need to. Right out of the box without any cleaning grouping 2" @ 15 yrds actually cut the center x ring out 200 rounds not 1 failure of any kind. Thanks to everyone who helped me decide. Here are the pix. No Ret you can't have it.:image035:

Very cool. I've been looking into those myself. Good to hear the positive review.

My pair both have the adjustable sights, but everyone I know who has the fixed sights says they shoot to point of aim.
When you get around to taking it down to clean it (no rush! use a Bore Snake if you must... just shoot it until it stops chambering reliably), post back and we'll share the secret handshake of how to reassemble it!

Good for you! My wife's sister has a MkII. Very nice, but I don't like loading the magazines for Steel Challenge for her. Could reload the 9mm Glocks and the SIG 45acp all day, but that one simply takes a toll on my thumb! LOL! Enjoy....happy shooting, and be safe!

It is kind of hard to hold the spring down.

I've owned several Mk.II's, was never disappointed.

What? You shot a "Commemorative" firearm? Are you crazy? NO ONE does that!
Enjoy! And if it was really valuable, it wouldn't have come in a plastic case.

MKII's are excellant pistols.

I'll have to say he came back to the office with a big grin! Glad you like the gun. Just can't stand to see a man not have a gun he wants.

Great gun that is a ton of fun to shoot! Congrats! :congrats:
