I'm not sure how that works exactly, and they don't explain it. Nine? NO that would be nearly ten. Ten then? Why not just say ten? Ten and a half? Yeah that must be it.

When will it stop? Next thing you know he'll sell nearly 12, then nearly 13. Stop the insanity.

Anybody selling off their "children" should be arrested and severely beaten. Something tells me he needed money so he was selling property he owned, perfectly legal in Texas, face to face.

Lots of energy was put into this arrest....look at all the agencies involved in the investigation...

On that same page, this story also caught my eye...

A former Cayuga County resident’s dream job of becoming a police officer was dashed Tuesday when he was sentenced in Cayuga County Court to shock probation for possessing child pornography.

in ny a handgun has to be registered on the permit of the owner...you cant just sell a handgun to somebody and walk away...you can only carry (legally shoot) a handgun that is registered on your permit...

He did not legally own the handguns, as they were not registered with the state as required by law. Then he sold them to people without any background checks being done, or the guns being registered to the new owners. Again, more crimes under New York State law.

These would all be crimes in the state of California, too. And they are the two states with the largest populations in the country.

So a lot of people have to follow these rules.

I see no reason to defend the actions of this man.
