got my new scope for .22 (photo)
just got my scope today for my Browning Buck Mark Practical URX its a bushnell Trophy 1x28 red dot scope cost 71 bucks. Its the first scope I ever put on a pistol hope it works good, my 11 year old son and I are going to the range tomorrow to try it out, he really enjoys shooting it. I dont know much about scopes so let me know if I did good on picking this one out, didnt want to spend too much, so I got this. check out photo below

If you are having a problem uploading a photo of your gun, try using one of the popular photo sharing websites like PhotoBucket. It costs nothing to join, and they allow you to post photo files up to 1 MB in size for free.
Photobucket.com has an extensive Help system that you can read online that will step you through the entire process of using their website. After you upload your photo, Photobucket will automatically generate the IMG code that you need to paste into a message here, in order to include your photo. Just copy that IMG field just below your photo on Photobucket, and then paste it into your message here.
The Browning Buckmark URX pistols sure are fun handguns, that is beyond any doubt. I've got a Buck Mark Contour 7.25 inch URX myself. Here is a photo of it:

It is a handful of a handgun at 2 1/2 lbs, but it sure is fun to shoot.
Red dots are definitely the best type of sight to get. Better than a traditional scope, in my opinion.

Bushnell puts out a great product for the price. Have fun with it!

A plunker with a scope should give you and your son some 'quality' fun time...enjoy!

That whole set-up looks pretty sweet IMO. Hope it works well for you. May want to get into www.rimfirecentral.com for the latest with the rim fires. That's what I do no matter what rim fire you have.

Ram rod,
Just like to thank you for the link to rimfire central. Checked it out, and looks like some good info there.
