    Thought on Taurus accessories

Maybe I'm a nut but it seems to me that:

    1. A lot of people buy Taurus products.

    2. Most holster/mag/sight/etc. companies do not produce sufficient accessories for Taurus.

    Am I right or wrong?

I haven't had any troubles finding holsters for my Taurus guns. Of course I pretty much limit my holsters to Fist or Crossbreed, and maybe Galco.

I haven't really looked for accessories. Magazines, if you really want them I am pretty sure that ProMag puts out some for Taurus. I just purchased extra mags from the used bin at the gun shop for 5 or 10 bucks each. One was a commie CA model, but hey it works. Sights, I have never thought to swap them out so I haven't looked for any of them, same is true for lasers.

I leave my guns, not just Taurus, pretty much stock and don't see the need for dressing them up after I buy them. I am pretty sure that if you dig enough you can find some gadgetry to put on them though. Since some come with Heinie and some with Novak sights those to companies would be a good place to start.

    Good luck with your search.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

I agree - accessories hard to find. I did find this recently tho - might get for my son in law.

I have a PT-145 that I would just like options for. All I'm saying mainly is there is an unmet need in the marketplace. This is unusual in a free market economy.
