Are Ballistic Forensics Useless?
I was asking some people on this forum about the possible risk of buying a used guns if that gun was used in a crime.
Now I got to thinking after someone mentioned something, what is stopping a person who shot another person with say a Glock from simply removing the firing pin and barrel and replacing both?
Hell a person afraid of legal ramifications of a self defense shooting could easily have extra barrels and firing pins at home and swap them out if they want to. the barrela n d pin can be destroyed and the crime could remain unsolved.
Am I missing something?
