I was just going off of what a member said of his experience from another forum, about CDNN. I know One Source did it, I bought something from them that morning, and looked at the product in question.

It works in reverse too. People bought and bought AR's, AK's, and other tachtical things and what happend the companies and distributors raised prices. Now the LGS's and sporting good stores who were keeping them on stock get caught with a big inventory when the craze died down about a year ago. Two years ago you could hardly buy a new AR for much under a $1000, and AK's at $500 now you see them for $650-700 for new AR's and $350 for the AK's! Those are times were the LGS's that have 800-900 in a gun are selling them at a loss, so when the tide reverses you don't exspect them to get more??? Its all a cycle and the person that stays even with there purchases and doesn't go stock up right after some B.S. doesn't get affected!

Supply and demand is necessary for a free society. Deal with it or deal elsewhere.

    Bingo

If you don't like their prices, you are free to shop somewhere else

    Cool "Knee-jerk reactions":

[1] Anti-gun politicians proposing legislation to further limit guns/accessories/activities, etc.

[2] Fearful gun proponents hoarding guns/accessories/activities in anticipation of #1.

[3] Media blaming liberal/conservative political rhetoric.

[4] Liberal/conservative politicians blaming 'the irresponsible media'.

Guys, One Source Tactical sold out of the 33 rounders and ordered more. His supplier went up, what was he supposed to do? If you get on the forum Gabe even posted how many he had left before he would have to order more. He isn't the cheapest place to buy but at least he gives warning and explains why he has gone up.

This morning the following 'Sale' message link was posted by Natchez at their Facebook page:
High Cap Mag Specials! Glock, S&W, Bushmaster, FN, and More In Stock!
    catalogs.natchezss.com
    http://catalogs.natchezss.com/email/...hicapmags.html
Oppositely an hour ago I got the following by e-mail from Suarez International:

THE INFAMOUS 33 ROUND GLOCK MAGAZINE

Glock 33 Round High Capacity Magazine. This is the IN-famous 33 round magazine that has been in the news over the weekend.

Fits and functions in all Glock 9mm pistols. We call them "Happy Sticks" and find them essential for home/business/estate/maritime defense. One is not enough, stock up now. Not only that, but the mere act of owning one will totally upset any liberal around you.

Order now before the price unavoidably goes up and vendors run out of magazines.

Factory Glock Magazine with no LE markings.

IN STOCK NOW! WE BOUGHT THE ENTIRE INVENTORY AT OUR DISTRIBUTOR.
GET THEM NOW BEFORE YOUR POLITICIANS BAN THEM.
    January 9, 2011

    ORDER YOURS HERE

    http://www.onesourcetactical.com/glo...ymagazine.aspx

Glock 18 (33 Round Capacity) Magazine
    GLK-18-MAG
    LIMITED STOCK!!!!
    OneSource Price: $49.99
Now I don't know what Glock mag prices were a week ago but to me $50 seems kind of expensive.
But anyway capitalism is capitalizing with a capital 'C' as in coinage.

Yep, got an email today from Natchez pushing the hi cap mags. The prices actually don't seem to be very high. G17 and G19 mags for 19 bucks doesn't seem to be out of order.

I guess the 4, 33 rounders that I have in the gun safe for the Sub 2000/ G19 will do me for now.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

I purchased a factory Glock 33 rounder this morning for $36 from my LGS. Seemed like a decent deal, but the last one I'd bought before this one was only $30 about 8 months ago at the same store.
