It is doubtful it is very old...I dont think they have been in the 1911 business a lot of years?

Actually Auto Ordinance has been in business quite a few years. The company has changed hands several times and is now owned by Kahr Arms. I purchased a Auto Ordinance 1911 back in the mid 90's.
