Apparently, the really light, ultra-high velocity varmint rounds (40 and 45 gr) shot out of a 1:7 twist will tear themselves to pieces shortly after leaving the muzzle.

Even at 1000fps, it only has 2.4 rotations in 12". Not exactly like a table saw ripping a 12" cut.
