Need to purchase several small gun safes. Any recommendations?

I usually have on me my EDC pistol but not 24/7. I already have a large Gun safe for storage. Since the birth of our little one not too long ago, I have decreased the # of pistols I have throughout the house because I do not have a safe way of storing them.

So I am looking for a decent quality safe to place some pistols throughout my house.

I am hoping to buy one with some sort of number or sequential buttons used to open versus a key safe.

Since I want to buy at least 2-3, I can't have them being over $60 each.

One of these Stack On's should fit the bill.

Amazon.com: Stack-On PDS-500 Drawer Safe with Electronic Lock: Home Improvement

Amazon.com: Stack-On QAS-710 Drawer Safe with Motorized Electronic Lock: Home Improvement

You can also look at the Gun Vault Nano Vault, but they are a combination lock, not push buttons.

I was looking at those and the Nano Vault. I guess either would fit the bill but I think push buttons would be faster and easier in a situation.

Any thoughts on what you would prefer?

Also I think I saw a keypad gun safe at walmart made by Winchester for $50. I wonder if that is any good.

I'm sure any of them will fit the bill against the little one gaining access to them. I think the biggest consideration is where you are going to put them, in a drawer, cabinet or somewhere else? I think that will more dictate the style shape that you could use. I have a different Stack On that pictured that allows you to bolt it under a shelf which could be another option.

I also have a Nano, but I use that for the car. I agree probably not the best under pressure.

This is what I use for the carry guns we keep out of the big safe. I paid 40 bucks for it at Big Lots, and did the internal mods myself. You can see the progression in this thread.

There is no more room at the Inn.

Here are a couple of pics. It is a .4 cu ft version not the .35 cu ft version.

Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

These are bolted down in strategic/hidden places throughout my house:
    GV1000C-STD - MINI & MINI DELUXE - HANDGUN SAFES

This is in the drawer of my night stand:
    Micro Gun Safes | GunVault

The all have the same combo, manual of arms and are easily operated in the dark by touch only. If you do some web searches, you can find them for half the price or better than the retail listed on the main site.
