Hmm...XD40 or XD45 ($425 at my dealer)...or that SW99c that the wife wants. Well, her birthday is coming up.

Or...a bolt action .308...or an AK...too many choices!!!!!

New walther ppk or ppks in .32acp. Too big , too pricey, and and old school caliber to boot. Just the nostalgia niche I want to fill.

Beretta Px4, you'd have to find a good deal though.

I had the $500 to spend and bought a Beretta PX4 for $425 excluding the tax. All you could ever want in a rapid fire platform for under half a G.

    I would get the XD45 or a Springfield Mil-Spec 1911.

What I would get is a Ruger Vaquaro, or other Colt Clone at that amount. Or I have always wanted a cap and ball revolver and then get a second derringer. The XD-45 is going for around $560 here so it doesn't fit the amount limit, and I'm pretty well set with my Springfield 1911 A-1 for a carry weapon and I paid over the limit you instituted mainly because it was a Stainless.

Well that's what you get with a hick.

Ruger MK 3 and several bricks of 22 lr ammo. The big bores that I have my eye on are not in that price range.
