I purchased a Ruger 10/22 carbine about 6 weeks ago. I noted a couple of weeks ago that the stock was cracking just behind the barrel band. I called Ruger and they picked up the gun, fixed it and returned it all in less than 2 weeks.
In addition to the stock repair, which was done, they test fired the weapon and noted that the extractor pin & spring needed to be replaced. I had not asked for this, but have had a few failure to fully extract issues that this will probably fix. I did not tell Ruger of this issue, they must have noted it in the test firing at thier range.
I will need to get this to the firing range to see how it works, but I am impressed with the responsivness and attitude of their customer service.

good to hear. The two times I have dealt with Ruger customer service they repaired my pistols and got them back in great condition. Very easy to deal with.
