The cities suits against the gun makers went nowhere, so will this.

Let's counter sue for the costs of illegal drug use smuggled through Mexico. It would dwarf their GDP.

Gee...they also seized 8,000 Grenades. I know that Ruger & Smith & Wesson & Colt really need to be more careful which gun shops they are selling grenades to.

Anyone can sue for just about anything. The kink in it however is that you have to PROVE your case. If not, it just gets booted out and you pay court costs.

Mexico must be really desperate or they would not persue such a venture.

Not when they know they have the backing of the current wolf in chief and his pack.

So how come they don't sue ATF over the guns they ordered people to allow through?

Lets strart sueing illegals for cost of maintenance. Do that, and within months there would be no illegals.

    Humm...

    OK.

    Let's play the lawsuit lotto.

Do it, and the gun manufacturers will file for discovery from the Mexican government. You know, like a list of questions asked under penalty or perjury...backed up by the threat of a contempt citation from an American Federal Court.

    Yeah!!

It's time we elect some people with some kahoneys, file a lawsuit against Mexico for failing to try to stop Illegal border crossing and the drain their citisens put on resources meant for Legal US citisens not a buncha squatters, also the tons of drugs coming into the US everyday, maybe targeting smugglers with predators and a green light to launch missiles on smugglers and Illegals caught in free fire zones
