Just got done with my 1000 yard rifle and just in time for a match sunday. I have never been to a match like this one so I am a little excited, but the hardest thing to decide is which CC gun to carry??? Good ole glock or a nice 1911 since these places are all about shinny and nice???

I'm just assuming you have a matching Spandex Onesey since the match is all about shiney, you would be stunning,A nice SS 1911 with matching Grip panels would definitely get the other shooters talking.LOL

I would be scared that would fall of that old bar stool.
Great looking rifle. Hopefully you have a special spot for it. Wouldn't want the other rifles knocking it around in the safe. Dings and Scratches on that finish would cause me great frustration.

Ditto from me as well! Give us all the info about the rifle: Who made what components--action, barrel, stock, trigger, what caliber, bullet and load data, etc.? I like "pretty", but I also like "function".

The rifle is a savage F class 6.5X284 I stripped it apart and had the action trued and steel bedded and all polished out. the barrel is a bit of a secert 30" tube 1-8 twist with a stock savage looking crown. the Scope is a Burris BlackDiamond 8-32 30MM tube.
I will be sporting a shinny 1911's probably OC with a leather holster.
