    Possible Next Gun

    I'd been thinking about getting a SP101 in 327 mag, but that was before i found out the Coonan 357 mag auto is back in production, I think I might need one of these in black durocoat.

    American Handgunner just did a nice article on the Coonan. I thought these were old guns, but apprarently the company has resurrected itself from bankruptcy and is back in production now. I'd love to be able to handle one. Hopefully we'll start getting some feedback on them.

    Looks like they start at $1249 and go up to $1529. It sure ends the debate on .357 or 1911. Looks like you get the best of both worlds.

    At a $1249 base price, I can live without it. lol. My most expensive gun was $589 and I only payed that because I traded a rifle in for 1/3 of it. I will admit it sound pretty cool, though.

    Ordered a new Coonan on 7/25/2011. I'm told there is about a 12 week wait, hope it comes sooner !!
