When I counted the cost for all the equipment I needed to start reloading .45 ACP (that included the Dillon 550B) and the cost of components vs. factory loads, I figured that it would take me 3000 rds to break even. I surpassed that in just over a year. Now, I'm not sure if I reload to shoot more or shoot to reload more. My son has also enjoyed reloading with me since he was 8.
