The story has no conclusion. What type a bullet was used? 22LR? If it was a hunter it wouldn't be a 9MM. Could have been done on purpose.

Update,They found the responsible party,rifle used was a Remington 308,suspect was shooting at targets at 100 and 300 yards from a prone position,he knew the school was beyond his targets,but thought the trees and brush would be a sufficient backstop
