    Need an M77 Ruger .270 Walnut Stock...

    I need a Walnut stock for a Ruger M77 Long Action, .270 Caliber. Any body got a take off stock that the dont need or just have laying around?

    I'm having a hard time finding a replacement for one that is cracked. Anybody got any ideas?

    Why only a .270? Won't a 30-06 stock work too?

    Actually any long action stock would work. .270 and '06 are the same stock.

    OK that's what I thought. I don't have one but I just wanted to clarify. Other folks may not know any better.
