    Question on Shipping

    Hi All!

My son has moved to California courtesy of the USN. He couldn't take his handgun and Garand with him in the move due to some things like SERE school. What's the best way to ship these? Can I ship them myself or does a FFL need to get involved?

    Thanks!

If those guns aren't on the California approved guns list, then you can't ship them to him.
California has their own gun laws about what is and isn't allowed.
Just because you legally own a firearm in another state doesn't mean you can take it with you to California and a few other states.
