I am going to my outdoor range/ club going to shoot some 22lr and 38 spec (revolver)if it snows on Tues so I don't have to chase brass.
If no snow on Tuesday then I will shoot something else!

My 30 acres is my range so everyday is range day. Though I do need to invest in a clay throwing machine. I want to get a permanent one.

Must be nice to look out back and see land instead of crack pipes, scum bags and cats...lots and lots of cats.

I will tell ya what. It sure the heck is. I look outside and all I can see is trees, open field, and a beautiful view of Mt. Washington. We can shoot without neighbors bugging us. I don't hunt so in the spring and summer, I don't mind when Momma bear and the little ones come by and hang out on the deck and sniff the BBQ pitWe have a back up generator in case we lose electricity, cell phones (no land line), and had my Time Warner cable buried so I don't lose that during a storm.
I grew up in the Greater Boston area and my family can not understand why we live where we do. I would kill somebody if I moved back to Boston.

    Monday instead of Wed.

EDIT: Not a great photo. There's a hole in the center where maybe 24 rounds went, 9 went in the red surrounding area, 2 to the lower right. 20-25 feet.

Went to the farm to test a CMMG upper that was light striking the cases. Looks like it needs new firing pin. Also shot a new 10" AR pistol upper I had built over the weekend. Shot a double action 22 revolver I had traded for earlier. Great day although I had to shoot by myself. Shot 30 rounds of handloads through a Savage 1899 I recently acquired. My wife, kids and grand kids were working or at school. Thank God for retirement--I have so many things I like to do that I stay behind all the time.
