What is meant by "sort of?"

He means it's "sort of" a gun. Its primary use is as a BIG OL' CLUB!

adric22, nice club/gun you got there!

Yep - You figured it out. It is a .177 Caliber BB gun with CO2.

This is the latest replica for me to add to my collection. However, I'm a bit disappointed in this one. It looks nice enough, but it is not made of metal like most of the other ones I have. It is made of a hard plastic. Don't get me wrong, it is a good plastic, not some cheap fisher-price stuff. The problem is that the weight is not right. The other replicas I have weigh pretty much exactly the same as their real counterparts. That is the trouble when you buy online, though. No way for me to know that. There is a very nice Smith and Wesson BB revolver that is metal and all, but they want $269 for it. That is over 3 times what I paid for this one.

Anyway. Haven't had a chance to try this one out yet.
