    Keltec pmr30 22 mag pistol

I have always had a fondness for the 22mag round.
I have a Ruger Single Six with a interchangeable
cylinder that I usually leave as a mag and often
carry it when just strolling in the woods,,,, I
guess mainly to have for dogs, etc.

I ran across this when checking the KELTEC website
and was wondering HOW MANY of us would like the
PMR 30 22mag pistol. I know I would like to have one
even from KELTEC ,,,,, whom I believe has bad CS.

When it's just for plinkin', one can't beat a .22.
I wouldn't really get the KT, I would just use the Single Six...I have one, and it's all I would need for a hiking/plinkin' gun (my Glock would also be along for the ride).

Now if you were just itching to buy another .22, then go grab it.

My rule is rimfire cartridge = revolver.
The more good folks carry guns, the fewer shots the crazies can get off.

    I want one also....
The police are not there to protect you from crime, they are there to arrest the guy after the crime has been committed, assuming they find him. It is your responsibility to protect yourself and your family.

Got to shoot one and it was a lot of fun, but would be a bit hard to conceal for me and .22 mag ammo seems like it's expensive for what it is when coming out of a pistol barrel. I would like to see some actual chrono tests though to confirm my thoughts.

The two we have in the gunshop (newest post-recall guns) still keyhole with most ammo includimg the factory recommended loads. I'll pass for now. I like Kel Tec in general and I like the idea of the PMR, it's just not de bugged yet.

I have one and it's a blast, you got to feed the .22 mags into the magazine per the instructions in the book that came with it to insure it works right. 30 rounds of .22 Mag would be good for my girl home alone as she is only 4'11" and is recoil sensitive.
