    I would still avoid going inside the bank if at all possible. Takeover robbers are not going to be impressed that somebody may have a CCW anymore than they generally are committing restaurant robberies in CCW states.

    JMHO. Of course, I don't believe in Sue Storm force fields either.

    Only my opinion but takeover robbers are still looking for the easy pickings and aren't immune to a measure of apprehension over entanglements that include the possibility of arms being wielded against them. I'd be more comfortable in that bank's lobby than I would in their competitor's down the street with the door glass decals proscribing concealed carry. It's just common sense.

    I don't know Sue Storm so I guess I don't believe in her force fields either.

    My knee jerk reaction is that this bank simply wants to "use" the idea of our presence to protect there money. If something should happen it doesn't cost them as we assume the legal and financial consequences. Win, win for the bank.
