    New Glock 36

Well today i went to the local gun show just to look lol. I ended up buying a Glock 36 immediately went to the range put 200+ rounds through it. I had one fte as well as some ejection issues with some reloads i purchased, so i bought 150 factory fmj as well as the jhp that i intend on carrying and the gun performed flawlessly the rest of the time. So i believe the issues were ammo related so i will never buy reloads again and they weren't lead for those who are asking your self's that. After switching ammo I fell in love with the gun it is my 3rd Glock and by far my favorite. Used to have a 26 and 27.

    Great choice!
    Congrats!

The '36' is my EDC and my favorite Glock!

Congrats on the new addition. ;-)

I'm wondering how the 36 compares to the way a G27 feels in the hand when shooting it? I shot a G27 once and that thing seemed to be a handful for me. I don't have a lot of experience but it just seemed to have a lot of perceived recoil. Does the G36 have more perceived recoil than the G27?

Well i went to the 36 from the 27 i had just shot the 27 last week it seems to have about the same effect. I think the 36 grip is a touch narrower then the 27 so you might be able to get a better grip if your hands are smaller. I had no problems adjusting to the recoil and I have to say my accuracy has improved with the 36.

I've had my G36 for about 6 months. Taken it to the range a few times. Still trying to get used to it. It's a handy little carry piece and handles the .45ACP round well.

I have a 36 and use it for carry. the only thing about it is that it seems any time anyone offers something for the glock they always list every glock except the 36.

    I heard that.

Sometimes I wonder if mine really exists or not.

To me, the .40 caliber rounds have always felt a little snappier than a .45 round in similar firearms...just my $.02.

I love my G36. It is fun to shoot, it is accurate, and it's reliable and easy to carry. It's my favorite Glock of the three (G26, G19, G36). AND, you can get inexpensive CCI Blazer in .45acp from sgammo.com

Excellent choice, sir. Amazing accuracy for the size. It is a near perfect balance in a carry piece.
