I called S&W CS the other day about my M&P9c. The gun came with two magazines, one with a pinky extension and one without. I know I'm the oddball here, but I can't stand that pinky extension. My groups with the extension are twice the size of those without the extension. So I was calling to inquire about replacing it with the flat base. They are sending me one out FREE!
know it's only a $.50 part, but S&W CS rocks!

Changed my mind. I really do like the pinkie extensions better. So I called them up again. Guess what? Four pinkie extensions arrived today FREE OF CHARGE! S&W CS ROCKS! They have to ... they put up with my nonsense! ;-)
