So I'm nosing around for a used Kahr CW9. I find one for $350 OBO. Then he says it's good for parts. That's when I figure out that he's milled the sights off for the Deltapoint. The Deltapoint is more than the Kahr. Never mind what I think about that. If I got the Kahr for, say, $250. Any idea what (and if!) it would cost to have some sights milled or drilled on?

On Gunbroker there is a complete top end + 1 magazine for $225.00 but you would need to get that one for alot less than $250. to make it worth the effort.

Or if the top of the slide that you have is nicely milled flat then a good 'smith could Silver braze a front and a rear on for you and make a neat job of it.
I wonder what amount Kahr would charge for just a factory new slide?
Just not sure that there is any way you can make this worthwhile for yourself unless the seller drops that price way down.
Maybe let him sit on it for awhile and tell him to contact you when he is really willing to deal.
