Do You Top Off Your Magazine? (Poll)

Just want to get an idea what the percentage is that top off the magazine vs leaving it one shy of full.

    To make it more clear...

When you load your magazine and chamber a round, do you eject the magazine and add one more round or do you call it good?

    I top off, but mostly just as a carry-over habit from when I carried a low-cap single-stacker.
The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everybody had decided not to see.

I'm usually -1. That last round is tuff to put in and I don't have a mag loader. I think it keeps the spring taut longer.

I have a 6 + 1 Kahr CM9, or will have in a week or so when I get it back from the factory. I always "jack" one in the pipe drop the mag and add number 6. No big deal IMO.

Topped off after chambering the first round. Ammunition is like chewing gum, you need to bring enough for everyone.

I let it go. I'll still have 14 in the mag, 15-30 on my belt, and up to 30 in my EDC bag.

I load it, -1. I have always been told that its better for the magazine to leave it, -1, etc. I suppose I should go back and add one since I loaded it with one less and then charged it? I'll be right back. ;-)

    I do when I tote the silly Kel Tec P3AT. I don't for a 1911 or Hi-Power.

The space is there, why not use it? I was raised not to be wasteful...
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.
