Ruger LC9 how do you prefer to carry?
I purchased my Ruger LC9 a few months back and since it is getting warmer I am thinking about using it as my primary. I can't decide if I want to go IWB, belt slide or what ever. I don't think the ankle or shoulder will work for summer use. Let me know what type of holster and brand you prefer. I have a very nice leather custom made pocket holster ( but I use that more of a back up ).
Also How many mags do you carry with your LC9? I want to have one in the gun and one extra.

I carry mine in a cheapie, off-the-shelf IWB Galco holster. It works for now and is comfortable enough as I work my way up to full time carry. Still getting used to the idea that I'm carrying! I just carry it with a full mag.

I have a Galco belt slide with the Kydex for my Glock G-19, seams to work pretty good. I am more concerned about the up coming warmer weather and less jackets and sweaters

I carry mine in a few ways:
Summer carry is IWB with an American Holster holster
On the motorcycle, It's in a pocket holster in the jacket

Before I sold it, I had an IWB holster for it.

Ruger LC9 carry option by ALEX J from NJ
I recently purchased a ruger lc9 Id like to start carrying and I purchased a nemesis in the pocket holster which is a great choice its had a rubbery texture on the outside which holds on the material of the pocket as you draw your gun. Its a great choice if you have pants w/ relatively large pockets. I wanted something however to tuck inside the waste and i came across an amazing product, called the Versa carry. I dont know why this company is un heard of in the gun world yet but its a very convenient clip type holster which clips on your belt or pants and allows u to insert the gun by the muzzle end to hold the gun in place inside your pants. Its much more convenient then any other inside the wast holster. This amazing new product is very tough, made in the USA , inexpensive and weighs nothing. At first i wasnt to big on the idea of carrying inside the waist w/out completely covering the gun, but i gave it a try and I LOVE IT. they have some great videos on you tube and on their site to at Versacarry :: The Original ZeroBulk Holster . its so inexpensive its worth trying believe me you will not be sorry. I bought one for my ruger lc9 and i will be buying one for my glock 19. highly impressed with this product and so will you.

I don't even use a holster lately, I just toss it in my pocket and leave.

I am not a fan of the "pocket carry" without a holster. but if I did it would be with the LC9.

Pain is the best teacher, but nobody wants to go to his class.
When the past smothers the present, there is only desperation. When the future absorbs the present, life stands still. In either case a decision must be made because you only live now and you are only what you are now.

I'm usually not, but with the safety and an empty pocket, I don't have an issue with it.
Lcp, yes holster only.
Lc9,, nah
