Larry the Cable Guy: Pro or anti?
Yeah I know, he's an entertainer (of some degree and fame), so who cares? Anyway...
Last year on "Only in America" he visited the NRA, spoke with LaPierre, shot a variety of firearms at the range. Seemed to be having a good time. At the end of the segment however, he said something about not being sure what the 2A was for. Jump to last week, season 2. He visited the BATFE and the TSA in the same episode and they were portrayed exceptionally well.
Is he sending a message? What level of input does he have in the show?

I will be so disappointed if a Southern star (other than the Dixie Chix) is anti 2A... especially someone as funny as him.

Like you said, he's an entertainer. He gets paid to sell stuff. Who knows if he likes it or even believes in what he's saying.

He is not southern, he is from Nebraska.

Next you'll be telling me he isn't really a cable guy.

Yes, the redneck act started as a character he used to do on a morning radio show.

Worse than annoying, nauseating. I never saw anything at all funny about Him. Foxworthy on the other hand is a riot as is Ron White.

Yup, it's based on two roommates in college, from Texas and Georgia. His real name is Dan Whitney. Being an entertainer he's probably favoring both sides so he doesn't lose his audience.
