    Sandpit shooting souther NH

Hi, im trying to find a nice place to do some outdoor shooting in southern NH. Does anyone know of some sandpits that would be a nice place to set up some paper targets for a little practice? I just purchased my first firearm (SW9VE), and looking for a nice place to have fun day shooting outdoors.

Ever go up to Madison/Conway. A tad north but there is a county range that goes out to 100 yards, no RSO, 30 bucks a year for membership. Trap shooting on Sundays. 5 bucks a round.

I haven't been there in YEARS, but I learned to shoot over by the Surry Dam, the Army Corps of Engineers website still lists hunting as a recreational option, doesn't say anything about shooting that I see.
If you go, let me know!

I'll have to check that out. I also found a nice public indoor range in Salisbury, named Bobs Tactical. Its a gun shop along with a indoor range, $20 lane fee. I went there today and put 100 rounds down lane. Super nice people there, and I would definitly recommend it to anyone!

Glad you found something affordable. We were spoiled, we also used to shoot at Ernie Lind's place in West Swanzey. We moved to CT in late '75, I'm not sure whatever happened to his place.
