    Well done! Enjoy it.

This thread is worthless until someone posts the "this thread is worthless without pics" emoticon.

Great. Congrats. Let us know how that heavy antiquated design, obsolete, outmoded, firearm is working out for you.

Oh...Wait...Strike the Above. I have a 1911 strapped on my person right now.

I guess it's not that obsolete after all.

Congrats on your new 1911, I'm sure you will enjoy that firearm.

Sorry no pictures, I just don,t know how to do that . I tried a couple of times in the past but could not get it right. I shot the gun yesterday And it was a hoot. I am having a little trouble findung the right holster for it. Seems like the gun shops around here only want to stock those hard plastic holsters and I realy don,t like them.

There is nothing wrong with a kydex holster, but yeah not for a Colt 1911.

OP, I know whatcha mean, I just picked up the Colt New Agent 1911 this week. I need to get to the range to give I the attention it's due, but in due time. I put a hundred ronds down range the day I got and it ran perfectly even without being cleaned and lubed. Awesome examples of the 1911 in my limited opinion. Congrats on the new pistola and enjoy.
