Got some pics of my new E series
Ok, sorry guys. I posted about two weeks ago my first time shooting my E series and I didn't include any pics. I have some now. I picked up an Insight SSL-1 light for it yesterday. Very pleased! I have put 180 rounds through it now. Not one problem! Shoots so smooth! Even one handed, very controllable! Def recommed to anyone looking to buy a higher end 1911.gun 1.JPGgun 2.JPGgun 3.jpg

Been calling it like I see it since 1988 and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

I bought the light at a local gun shop close to me. It belonged to the owner of the shop, and he told me he had never used it before, so he decided to sell it. I got it for a god deal I thought. Insight does not make that model anymore. This particular model has a medal frame, water proof, 100 lumens. I like it. It fits the gun perfect. Works great!

Expensive! $1129 for the gun, $80 for the light. Had to save a long time for this one! Well worth it though. I know a lot of people who have way more money wrapped up in their flat screen tv's and surround sounds. But at the end of the day, that will not protect you or your family. Some things are just more important to me.

S&W got it right with the E series.
