Hahaha - lovely examination of our old friend recoil!
Must say tho my 45-70 BFR does like to climb pretty well but then shooting it my way I actually let that happen so let energy go free instead of up my arm.

Why
Bud, looks like shooter is letting the support hand loose, and in one pic, the shooting hand is very loose.
Poor grip???? :)))
The pictures alone make my 75 year old body HURT!

So how were you able to see what you were shooting at with a smile that big on you face blocking your vision?

Have you measured your arm lengths after this session. I would think that they might have shortened up a little with the recoil (or lack of???).

If you want more recoil, you could always get one of these to shoot:

and if thats not enough for you, you can always remove the muzzle brake

I tell ya what if someone is really trying to cash you in, recoil will be the last thing on your mind.
