My longgun of choice is the m1 garand I just bought. It balances well for me. Still have to go shoot it, but have a feeling it will only get better.

My AK has since become a toilet paper holder.

Part of this thread is due to rethinking my weapon selection. Will keep one for CCW, and another for nightstand etc.

Thinking of trying out a 642 for CCW. This would replace my PPS. And going with a P226 or 1911 for the nightstand. Although a glock with conversion barrels does seem tempting.

I hope after graduation I can land a job and afford a lot more guns. Have to be frugal for now though.

I would gladly sell the DW, Kimbers, glocks, S&W's........why?

Because the RIA is a absolute tank. Its more reliable than the above. If i run out of ammo it makes a deadly club. I've spent 5 months customizing it to my exact liking and hands *hand made the rosewood grips myself* It is a tack driver at 25 yards, it never jams, FTF, misfires or FTE's not a stovepipe to be heard of. And i own enough spare parts for it that if it were to break. i could fix it in the field inside 10 minutes :-) NTM the caliber starts with 4 and ends with 5 so that makes me happy :)

Without a single doubt, my Glock 31. Simply put, I'm in love with the .357sig round.

My HK USP 9mm. I have 100% confidence in it. If I owned a Glock 19 though, it would be a hard decision based on the number of parts available for the Glock vs the USP.

I'd miss my P99AS, but I'd have to stick with my Colt Commander.

Well, if I could only keep one, it would be a coin toss between these two...

    Dan Wesson 15-2 357mag

    Handgun –
One of these because I'm already pretty well outfitted for it. Dan Wesson 15-2 357mag.
I can change the grips and/or barrel per task in a matter of minutes. I’m also looking for an 8 inch barrel now. They made barrels for it up to 15 inches.
With the 2˝ inch barrel, while still heavy, it is doable by the determined for cc. Plus I just absolutely love it!
I’d sell the other frame to a family member so it can be nearby. The 38sp/357mag platform is about as versatile as you can get.

I really want to get an RIA as my first 1911. I havnt heard anything negative about them except occasionaly the finnish wearing off and occasional FTFs of JHPs. Ive picked up and inspected one at the range but it was a sale not rental so I couldnt shoot it. Im nervous about buying one only because my only shooting experience wih 1911's is a higher end Wilson Combat and a custom built. Im sure the RIA wont dissapoint.

Hey Brady. I've got that one with 4 barrels. First I ever bought. Where did you get that holster at 1 o'clock in your pic?

    I've got a XD9 (love it) and a 6" GP100.

I'd have to keep the GP100 if it came down to it. Too tough of a handgun to give up.
