How does the 7mm .08 stack up against the 270? I hunt with someone that uses that one and he loves it. I shoot the weatherby 270 and also have a Remington 280.....

Now that I have my XDm 9 Compact I'm thinking about adding a single stack 9mm to the collection. Looking hard at the Beretta Nano and the M&P Shield. Also evaluating other contenders. And the beat goes on... :)
I'm trying to decide between a single-stack 9mm (really like the Shield, of course) or an AR-15. I already have a few hand guns and no rifles, so I really want the AR-15, but I also can't have enough pistols.
I'd also like to get a nice shotgun, too.
I regularly carry a PPQ in a silent thunder IWB holster from Garrett Industries.

1911 COMPACT in .45
I would like to buy another M24. I boxed mine up and gave it to one of my sons. Figured after I retired I would not shoot it anyway.
Now I am finding time and would enjoy shooting one again. The brain kicks in and says dumb move way to much to spend just to shot a few rounds now and then.
Maybe just visit son more often.
S&W M&P 45c. Or maybe a Glock 30. I'm torn.
