Winchester 1885 Question. Need some info

Hey guys I have a Winchester model 1885. Checked
The serial number and winchester said
    The production date was 1889.

It's a 22 falling block with the heavy octogan barrel. Just wondering if anybody know the value. I
Can't seem to be able to find it anywhere.

Which .22? Short, Long, Long Rifle? Condition? Google "Winchester 1885" and or Winchester Low Wall."

Low Walls in .22 short are bringing around $1500-2000.

Hey, it's great to see a Winchester Model 1885 appear in a thread here. We'd love photos.

I'd be for shooting it too.

I would love to post pics but I can't seem to be able to upload any from my iPhone.

It's a 22 long in all original condition. Been in the family for
Quite a few years. I have quite a few older long guns but this one intrigues me the most.

Condition is everything. Fjestad's Blue Book lists 50% condition at $825 up to 98% condition at $1500. If the receiver is color case hardened and the condition is 98%+ add another 50% value.
