Thumbs up Mrs GB bought her first gun today!!

    Yep, she finally did it!!

For those that haven't heard, we recently purchased what will eventually be our retirement home in New Mexico.

Mrs GB is down there right now and texted me today that she was at a gun show.

Next thing I know, I receive a picture of a Sig P238 with a caption reading, "It's Mine!!".

I feel a lot better knowing that while I'm not there being able to protect her, she's able to protect herself!

Hopefully, she'll now become a more active member of this forum.

My wife and her new Sig P238 have been through well over 600 rounds together without a single glitch. Congratulations on a fine wife and a fine firearm.

The titanium slide is only a finish...sprayed on. Nothing to do with titanium. Sorry all.

    Sweet!

Congrats to her on her first gun purchase. A good choice I might add. Congrats to both of you on the retirement home purchase. Stay safe.

Yay for her! I just got my first gun (Taurus revolver) but I'm going to look for something easier for me to use. I'm finding the trigger hard to pull unless I cock the gun first.

I hope she does post...it's a little loney in here.

trigger job would fix that... You don't want to shake as you attempt to squeeze off rounds...
