I bought earplugs because I'm sick of listening to all the BS and lies that have been coming out of the White House. Plus they come in handy at the range.

No purchases, I made a promise to my woman that I wouldn't buy another gun until after christmas. But I do have plans to add another firearm or two, and add a good bit to the ammo stash after the new year.
I also made a promise to my mom that I would go and buy a new gun, even after obama was re-elected (if he was) in the next year because she thinks I will be unable to.
The stupidity of some people NEVER ceases to amaze me.

Picking up a new framing nail gun today if that counts

I'm buying a six pack so I'll have either something to celebrate with or to cry in.

I hope those in Washington realize where the power really resides. A few months ago there was an Economist article that brought up this site. It was not a pro-gun. Posts like this don't help.

Building permit
But back on topic. I agree with another poster that threads like this, not the candidates or future POTUS cause ammo and gun prices to go up. Market many time is driven by speculation.......

Interestingly, I've been having an easier time finding ammo on the shelves, even at the local walmart. This time last year, it was super scarce. Prices are about 10% higher though.

My biggest concern post-election is the continuous devaluation of the dollar and rising prices. Ammo prices aren't coming down any time soon.
