    Set up the NFA trust and buy a pre 1986 M4 and put a tricked out gas piston upper in 300 aac blackout complete with suppressor. $20k easy.

    I'm gonna have to say realistically I'd go with something along with what JD got, a pure custom nighthawk 1911... Now with an UNLIMITED budget... I'm using a mere 8.5 million and I'm buying an A1M1 Abrams tank!!! Now I just need 3 other crewmembers... Any takers?
